Gift Certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person and/or donated to a charitable organization as a possible tax deduction. We accept all forms of payment including all major credit cards. Purchase your gift certificate on line through our secure electronic server. Your order will be emailed directly to us for prompt handling. Upon confirmation of your purchase you will receive a professionally printed Gift Certificate, a color photo of one of our balloons, directions to our Balloon-Port and an exciting idea on how to wrap your certificate.

Passenger's flight cancellation or rescheduling requires a seventy two (72) hours notice prior to your scheduled meeting time, or the total amount of the flight (less the deposit) will be charged to the person who reserved the flight.
