Flight reservation deposits are non-refundable but will be applied to another date if the flight is cancelled due to weather conditions. We accept all forms of payment including all major credit cards. Purchase your Hot Air Flight Reservation on line through our secure electronic server. Your order will be emailed directly to us for prompt handling. Upon confirmation of your purchase you will receive a detailed package regarding your exciting balloon flight.

Passenger's flight cancellation or rescheduling requires a seventy two (72) hours notice prior to your scheduled meeting time, or the total amount of the flight (less the deposit) will be charged to the person who reserved the flight.
